For laser marking applications, use 3M Laser Markable Label Stock 7848. Our 62 micron matt silver, high resolution label stock is designed for a laser application to ablate the top layer down to create an inverse image. And because the entire label can be cut by laser, it offers high flexibility to produce various formats to tight time scales. The two layer acrylate construction and engraved inscription provides long term readability, abrasion resistance and excellent image contrast. Outstanding durability makes this an ideal choice for both indoor and outdoor use, with resistance to chemicals, harsh environments and high temperatures up to 200 °C.
