Electronic torque & angle wrench for quality/analysis applications, enables control of fastenings including curve evaluation directly on the wrench for analysis and quality assurance purposes. The unique feature of the E-Torc QR is that the display unit is separated from the actual torque-angle wrench and connected via cable. This allows for higher precision, particularly at low torque values during tightening. Controlled tightening in the range of 6-60 N·m, meeting the highest industrial requirements with extreme precision. Supports all common measurement methods (torque, angle, yield point, further turning (VDI-compliant), loosening and re-tightening, process plans). The large internal memory can store up to 9,999 measurement data and curves. Data can be transmitted wirelessly via WLAN or USB cable. The E-Torc QR can also be equipped with work plans and images for operator guidance and can send measurement data back via WLAN. Work plans can be started via the menu or the integrated 2-D scanner (optional). Optionally, integration with CAQ systems can be enabled. The glare-resistant, high-contrast 4.3" touch display enables intuitive and fast operation. With the large display, measurement data can be retrieved, fastening curves overlaid, and directly evaluated on the wrench. Signaling is visual (display), haptic (vibration), and acoustic (beep). The display unit can be placed on the work surface using the table stand or worn on the body with the belt clip. A powerful lithium-ion battery ensures long runtime and lifespan (no memory effect). Factory calibrated with a factory calibration certificate according to GEDORE standard GTTWN001, traceable to national standards. Calibration according to DKD-R 3-7, including a calibration certificate with accreditation symbol (optional). Execution: 6 N·m calibration according to DIN EN ISO 6789-2 Type I Class E. Different insertion tool dimensions programmable. Free evaluation PC software included.
