The extractor KL-0250-40 with its proper pressure unit enables the quick and professional extraction of the hex clamping bolt and pivot pins. The tool is suitable for both right-hand and left-hand wheel suspensions. Application example: Mount tool with pressure unit to steering knuckle (with pressure drift I inserted). Drive hex nut by means of an impact wrench and push back the hex clamping bolt. The loosening process takes place with a loid noise. Extract the hex clamping bolt with the pressure unit in 3 working stages. For this, insert the pressure drifts II + III one after another. Pull out the hex clamping bolt completely. In case it is still not possible to extract the entire hex clamping bolt, use the supplement pressure drift set KL-0250-402 to press it out completey. Remove the hex nut. Completely remove the pressure drift so that the clamping bore is clear.
