Use 3M Foil Label Materials 7800 for nameplate applications in harsh environments. Our embossable foil label material has a vinyl topcoat for ink receptivity and is a great alternative to traditional aluminium nameplates. The heavy coat weight of aggressive adhesive is ideal for textured or low surface energy substrates, with good abrasion resistance. This foil label material is UL recognised and CSA accepted. 3M Performance Label Stock Materials offer a wide range of products for long term durability and adhesion with automotive chemical resistance and outdoor durability. Some products are UL/CSA compliant materials that can be printed by flexographic or screen print processes, as well as thermal transfer, digital printing, inkjet, laser or dot matrix printing.
